Keep Your Head Up

Everyday it's an uphill battle
The devil annoys me.
People might not think he's real
But why not step in my life?
See how hard it is everyday
But God tells me "follow my way…"
Also he tells me,
Keep your head up.


Another day comes and goes,
Nothing much changes,
Still hearing supernatural things
Like God telling me "Soar on eagles wings"
Also he tells me,
Keep your head up.


I explore this vast world,
I see its lust and darkness
Which makes me depressed
I might not say much for days on end
But God tells me "go I will send"
What does this mean?
It means he will provide
And its also means, he will be my guide,
I still hear God's strong voice in the storm,
Keep your head up.

Now when I am old enough,
I plan on sending his message
Though I cant save all,
I even have to step in darkness,
But even though I do so, I will not fall
As long as I hear my God telling me what to do
Especially those words,
Keep your head up.
